Bowie City Council meets on Monday
Budget issues for the City of Bowie will be back on the agenda at a 6 p.m. April 3 meeting in the council chambers.
Budget revenues and expenditures for the summer recreation program, water and sewer, police and fire departments will all be discussed.
Earlier in the month the council directed the city staff to review these budgets for any cost savings.
The only item of new business is an appointment to the Bowie Economic Development Corporation as the board recommends Tim Biles for the post.
A workshop opens the meeting as councilors review agenda items and the city manager’s report.
