The voting results are in a week after the column went on stands.
It seems a good 40 percent of the people who voted agreed with the column’s sentiment that Tom Brady is now considered the best quarterback in NFL history.
On the flip side, the same amount of people had their own ideas of who they thought the best quarterback in NFL history is.
Not surprising since we are in Texas, Dallas Cowboys legends Roger Staubach and Troy Aikman were named by some people.
Also, Brady’s rival throughout the 2000s Peyton Manning was named by some as well.
On the criteria people used to judge quarterbacks, half the voters said the ability for a quarterback to win is the most important. This was weighed when choosing three of the four quarterbacks in the columns list .
The second most popular reason was the intangibles and leadership shown by a quarterback.
