Four school districts conclude Nov. 4 election filings
Filing for the Nov. 4 school board elections came to an end on Monday, with primarily incumbents filling the ballot.
Four school districts located in the unincorporated areas of the county will conduct elections on Nov. 4. They include Gold-Burg, Forestburg, Montague and Prairie Valley ISDs.

The staff of Wise Hope Shelter and Crisis Center Montague County will present a candlelight vigil for Domestic Violence Awareness Month at 7:30 p.m. on Oct. 8 in the Legend Bank courtyard. The public is invited to attend.
