Grand Jury returns 11 cases
Eleven indictments were returned by the Montague County Grand Jury during its first session of 2022 on Jan. 25.
District Attorney Casey Polhemus reported the following cases.
A grand jury indictment is not evidence of guilt. All defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law.
